I have made this song the title track and named after the extraordinary flower that has become a member of my family. I bought it in Charlotte, planted it in Hendersonville NC where I currently exist and it has thrived. The flower opens up for only 1-2 days. In that time, if it is not pollinated by the hummingbirds and bees, it will fold up and drop off. If it is fueled with this pollen of another Passion plant which I did not know I had when I planted this, (lost in the rarely traveled back yard, as it were), there will come a fruit from it, loaded with seeds. I now have 13 fruits and am proud to dedicate the evolution of this puny little song to the evolution of an amazing flower factory.
